Taylor loves to read and thought it would be fun to bring her nook along…I get so happy when I can incorporate interests into my high school senior sessions. Pink nooks rock!

Not only that, she’s gorgeous! I couldn’t have been more excited…it was so much fun shooting her with different handbags in each shot.

(and she still has more at home! a girl after my own heart!) Have I ever told you that my hubby has forbidden me to buy anymore handbags? Clearly he doesn’t understand me the way Kirsten does!

One of my favorite pics from the entire shoot: Kirsten nailed the pose, the smile, the outfit…it’s all fabulous. And you now how orange makes me swoon!

Kirsten, I think you are so very beautiful! I had a really hard time narrowing down the pictures for your sneak peek–there are so many great images. I loved working with you (and your purses!) I hope your senior year is blessed, and that you follow your passion for interior design!

We wandered around downtown Ft. Myers and found some great spots…like this abandoned building! Half of it has been torn down, leaving a super cool spot for pictures…I love the rugged feel of this wall!

She is such a natural beauty, full of great smiles…Taylor: you rock! I love your easy going personality and I just want to know you more! I know that God has great things in store for you!

I couldn’t stop laughing when Taylor broke out these animated facial expressions! Priceless! We found a couch sitting outside some apartments…the “no trespassing” sign was all I needed; I was inspired. To have my girl trespass. But it was worth it! Downtown Ft. Myers can be so random, I love finding new things every time I shoot there!

Thank you for a fantastic session, Taylor & Sue. I loved spending time with you and I sure hope that Subway got the AC working! Phew, that was hot!

They just sort of…glow and draw you in. I fell in love with her freckles and we started out having a fantastic photo shoot. She is super natural in front of the camera, and she hardly needed any direction from me…fun, fun, fun. And then…catastrophe. Just as we were heading to our last location, I realized that my memory cards fell out of the top of my bag…they were in a case…and they were FULL of images that I had not yet downloaded (some of them Casi’s!). I frantically started re-tracing my steps, and was so very thankful when Casi and her sweet Mom, Jeanne helped look. I can’t even tell you the anxiety attack I that I was having…my armpits are sweating right now just thinking about it. After 25 minutes of searching, we were losing hope…but fervently praying…and I made one last-ditch attempt to ask a restaurant if anyone turned in my case of memory cards. YES! Someone had…a happy ending for all. But a scary memory still…I can tell you that will NEVER, EVER happen again. EVER!

Still, I am thrilled with these photos of such a beautiful girl. She has the perfect body and I totally want to dye my hair that same color!

Casi: Thank you for having grace on me during my little freak out. I was so encouraged that you were praying and hoping for our happy ending. And thank you for helping me look around in the heat…I know it wasn’t very fun! But YOU rocked!
